Reservation & cancellation policy
Because we are a boutique motel with a small number of rooms, cancellations affect our motel significantly. As a result, we have a strict cancellations policy because a last-minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the suite.
A deposit equal to 50% of the entire cost of your stay is required at all times upon reservation. Your deposit, less a $15 fee, will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received 7 days before your arrival date. A cancellation received 6 days or less before your arrival date will result in the loss of your deposit.
